Below you will find details of some of the projects we have done.
Pool Installation & Landscaping
This is an ongoing project to landscape the exterior of this rurally located farmhouse to include the installation of a boundary fence, a swimming pool, terrace with outdoor kitchen, petangue pitch as well as an area designated for a ping-pong table.
Barn Conversion
This was the conversion of a 2 storey barn, attached to the main house, into ground floor living room, laundry room and a first floor bedroom with en-suite and office/living area. The works also included the installation of completely new heating system. The system incorporated a wood burning stove with back boiler to solar panels on the roof to provide hot water for the domestic supply as well as underfloor heating and radiators.
Barn Room Conversion
This was the conversion of a huge first floor empty room at the rear of an old Bearnaise farmhouse into a stylish bedroom with en-suite and separate dressing room, incorporating the original roof beams and trusses into the new design. As can be seen in the photos a large, arched picture window was installed, matched with new internal arched glass panelled doors into the new room from the existing landing.
Repoint & Repaint Farmhouse
We organised for the front façade of this old Bearnaise farmhouse to be repointed as well as the side and rear facades to be repainted.
Bathroom Installation
An old shower room was replaced with a modern bathroom with shower and bath , underfloor heating and handmade units from a local Ebeniste.
Loft Conversion
The loft conversion included the installation of two new Velux windows and complete insulation and boarding of the loft to provide additional living space within the property.
